Lake Valley is not a club for everyone. Our mission is clear - "to
provide a value-oriented, quality, private golf experience to a limited
number of golf enthusiasts in a casual Club environment". By investing
solely in facilities and amenities related to golf, the club's overhead
has been minimized. Initiation deposits and dues reflect this focused approach.
Our award-winning clubhouse provides a warm, unpretentious atmosphere
with unparalleled views of the Flatirons. A new short game practice area,
designed with an eye toward the serious golfer and their practice needs,
opened in the spring of 2001. A long range improvement plan for the course
has also begun and will be implemented over time. All this and more at
an exceptionally reasonable cost.
