Golf Board Video & Online Waiver

If you are 18 or older, please watch the video and sign the online waiver (must watch the whole thing). Once you have completed the video and waiver, you can start renting the boards! 

If you are under 18 you and your parent must watch the video and your parent must sign the online waiver.  Parent, please make sure to include the minor’s name as well (i.e. Richard and Julie Smith). Once that has been completed you can start renting the boards!  

Remember to reserve them once you have booked your tee time as we only have two. Fees are $25 for 18 holes and $15 for 9 holes.
